The Hot Concepts! Award, sponsored by Nation's Restaurant News and EQUAL®, is a prestigious restaurant industry award that recognizes "forward-thinking companies with emerging growth potential." Pandini’s currently has 15 locations throughout Campus, Corporate and Government Services in Sodexo. Pandini’s is a fast-casual restaurant concept that specializes in the fusion cuisine of Old World Style and New World Flavors. Pandini’s menu features gourmet individual pizzas with innovative flare such as the buffalo chicken and spinach pesto pizza; sandwiches including the signature Labretti®, served on freshly baked, folded pizza dough; salads with fire-roasted meats and fresh vegetables; and traditional calzones, strombolis, and sautéed pasta.
Pandini's was selected as a Hot Concept! by the editors of NRN, who made their decision on the basis of "clearly defined concepts that have expanded to multiple markets and appeal to consumers on the leading edge of food service." The Retail Brand Group first won the Hot Concepts! Award in 2004 for their Jazzman's Café brand, which now has over 165 locations within Sodexo and two open franchise locations.
